For most of our old products, the warranty is 5 years. However, we develop new products with the purpose of competitive pricing, so the warranty is 3 years only. For other economical products like panel lights, the warranty is 2 years.

Our standard payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and the balance should be paid before shipment. As our cooperation grows, we can also adjust the T/T percentage and support other payment terms such as L/C, O/A, etc.

Yes. OEM and ODM design are no problem for us. We have an independent R&D team with rich experience in helping customers find perfect solutions. We can also assist in designing product packaging.

For samples (if not new products), it normally takes 3–5 days. Mass orders require 20–40 days depending on the quantity. Customized products usually take about 90 days, including mold development. For urgent needs, we may arrange shipment from local stock of other customers.

We place great importance on product quality. Our company has four quality inspection procedures: IQC, IPQC, OQC, and FQC. We have also invested heavily in professional quality inspection equipment to control and improve product quality.

For mature products, we conduct aging tests for at least 8 hours. For new products, we perform aging tests for 24 hours to ensure quality.

Yes. We use well-known EVERFINE testing equipment, including integrating spheres and dark rooms. We can provide IES files for each order. If needed, we can also assist with Dialux simulations, provided you share detailed requirements.

We provide fast and efficient after-sales service. Typically, we offer solutions within 3 days after receiving all necessary information. If the issue is due to quality problems, we will provide compensation accordingly. Please provide detailed photos and videos for our QC team to analyze and determine the cause before offering a solution.
